Nancy L. Henson, Performance Consultant

Nancy Henson has been a human resource professional for over twenty years. Prior to forming her own firm in 1995, Nancy was employed by NCR and AT&T to develop and train associates worldwide where she specialized in administrative and management development.

As a training and development professional, Nancy consults with managers, teams, and individuals to develop strategies for successful
change and improved performance. She assists with feedback processes and assessments to achieve behavioral change and improve management skills. She also markets training products to companies for in-house delivery.

Nancy is an expert on employee development, training solutions, 360 feedback, and behavioral assessments. She has assisted organizations
with as few as four employees to Fortune 100 corporations.

Along with the many services Nancy provides her clients, she served as a volunteer team leader for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce. Nancy is also a member of the American Society of Training and Development
and EnterpriseOhio Network.


Traci McDade, Assessment Coordinator

Traci McDade is the assessment coordinator for Henson Associates, Ltd. With a positive, helpful approach to customers, Traci is responsible for all the administrative functions of the multi-source (360 degree) feedback process, customer surveys, and behavioral assessments.

She coordinates project timelines, manages data input and retrieval for all assessments and surveys, and responds to customer inquiries for technical assistance and challenges faced by respondents. When requested by the customer, Traci trains and supports 20/20 Insight software for 360 feedback.

Traci has over 9 years’ experience in computer software training and development. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a major in Criminal Justice from Eastern Illinois University.


Chuck Henson, Business Manager

Chuck Henson provides support to Henson Associates by managing the accounting and business management component. His attention to detail provides quick response to all customers and suppliers with regard to payments and invoicing for services. Chuck has an MBA from the University of Evansville.
