American Society of Training and Development Traci McDade, Assessment CoordinatorTraci McDade is the assessment coordinator for Henson Associates, Ltd. With a positive, helpful approach to customers, Traci is responsible for all the administrative functions of the multi-source (360 degree) feedback process, customer surveys, and behavioral assessments. She coordinates project timelines, manages data input and retrieval for all assessments and surveys, and responds to customer inquiries for technical assistance and challenges faced by respondents. When requested by the customer, Traci trains and supports 20/20 Insight software for 360 feedback. Traci has over 9 years’ experience in computer software training and development. She has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a major in Criminal Justice from Eastern Illinois University. Chuck Henson, Business ManagerChuck Henson provides support to Henson Associates by managing the accounting and business management component. His attention to detail provides quick response to all customers and suppliers with regard to payments and invoicing for services. Chuck has an MBA from the University of Evansville.
