Career Transition

Henson Associates provides assistance to those who are exploring a career or job change, whether it is a voluntary action on the part of the employee or the result of an unexpected termination from a job. Nancy has extensive credentials and experience in the area of career development. She recently assisted state of Ohio executives to transition to other positions when Governor Taft left office in 2007. She has also developed career development programs for Lexis-Nexis, NCR, and other organizations and taught career search seminars.
