The Employee Engagement Survey is called EE9. This survey will be primarily an online web-based survey of nine fixed items found to be linked to high performing individuals. This survey provides an insight into how well teams, leaders, and organizations are doing at engaging their employees.
Employee engagement is directly linked to customer engagement, sales growth, profitability, and efficiency and innovation as shown below:

How is the Employee Engagement Survey (EE9) different than other employee engagement survey tools?
Based on current workplace conditions - EE9 is the results of a robust research initiative specific to current workplace conditions (2005 – present), and not a reflection of workplace cultures spanning 25 years. This is updated to reflect the dynamic and changing market/workplace demands.
Reduced turnaround - EE9 provides a turn-around time one-third of what other survey vendors promise. The application of a highly efficient system that introduces, involves all parties, and builds momentum around the critical purpose of this tool enables leaders, managers, and local work teams to receive their customized analysis in days versus months.
Lower Cost – Advanced technology and effective systems allow EE9 to be conducted and rolled through an organization for one-third to one-half of current costs! Smaller organizations of fewer than 1,000 employees can afford to measure current and relevant factors that impact high performance of individuals and organizations.
What follows the survey?
Executive Presentation Survey Results After the survey is completed, MAJERS will compile the information into a report that is presented to senior leaders in the organization in a full-day meeting. In addition to the findings, leaders will be able to see that there are 3 types of employees:
- The “Engaged” employee
- The “Not Engaged” employee
- The “Actively Disengaged” employee
After this initial presentation to senior leaders, all team leaders who participated in the survey will attend a one-day Leading2Engage seminar.
LEADING2ENGAGE SEMINAR
The Leading2Engage Seminar is designed for all leaders in organizations that have implemented the EE9 Employee Engagement survey. In a one-day seminar, participants will learn:
- Why employee engagement is critical to an organization’s performance
- To gain a personal insight into your individual EE9 report in relation to their team
- Understand the power of each EE9 question and its priority toward building engagement
- How the Law of Conservation of Energy impacts everything you do as a leader and how you can use it to your advantage
- Three keys to building a more engaged team
- How to share your EE9 report with your team and a team follow-up process that can help enhance engagement
- How to implement a plan for one-on-one employee follow-up meetings that will develop their ability to engage their team
